Sales Manager
We need an experienced, highly motivated Sales Manager to inspire and manage our sales team.

You will be heading our sales team in Goa (New Business Developers and Key Account Managers), setting them targets, helping them achieving those and providing necessary inputs and reports to the management. You should be well versed with web based products / services concepts selling. Candidates with International experience will be preferred.

New Business Developer
We are looking for a well experienced “new business” developer, to do prospecting and introduce our products and services to new potential international clients – mainly trough phone. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, and has the ability to quickly identify opportunities and act upon them. You are a typical “hunter” – that enjoys the thrill of closing the deal and quickly move on to the next prospect. Experience form a call center will by highly preferred.

You should be very systematic in quickly putting together proposals, with excellent written and oral communications skills. You should be conversant with MS Office tools

Requirement:

Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, your responsibility would be to take over new clients from the New Business Development team and building the accounts over a period. Ideal candidate would have adequate experience in Client Engagement, Client Building, and Key accounts management.

You should constantly be in touch with your Accounts / Clients in understanding their changing business needs, take a consulting approach in offering our products / solutions to them. You should set and maintain a high level of Perceived value of the company in your accounts / clients

Requirement:

• Client happiness, engagement and account building skills 
• Ability to Cross-sell / up-sell to existing accounts 
• Act as one point contact for the clients

Web Developer (afternoon /night shift)
We are looking for a web developer with a flair for Graphic and related arts. Any experience in designing websites, logos, brochures, etc. would be an advantage, though not necessary.

You should have the abilities to understand requirements well and to depict your thoughts in digital format quickly

• Flair for graphic arts 
• Visualization abilities
