"You log in using your username and password. Now you have full access, and you'll be able to locate a specific image, logo or pdf-file in a matter of seconds. You can of course easily administer different categories or upload different types of files," Hagen says.

"Its most important feature is that you won't be spending more time than necessary looking for pictures and logos. You also don't have to deal with the installation of the software itself and the maintenance it requires, which means that your internal IT department won't be affected. We'll handle it all."
